The Plan – About Access Ireland
To create a website and then an app that will provide information to people with a physical challenge, about facilities provided by business and public premises for differently abled or people with disabilities. This will allow them to plan their activities, based on having the knowledge that they will be catered to, like any able-bodied member of society. It will also help promote any business that makes reasonable accommodation for people with special needs and values their abilities. Letterkenny is to be a Beta test.
The Vision – is to have a company dedicating its time to producing and updating a digital directory that offers the information that is needed online 24/7/365. Access Ireland will be manned by people who care about making the dream a reality.
The Purpose – is to help every small business or public enterprise offer the best accommodation they can for potential disabled visitors and residents
The Mission – to create a platform which will communicate between the private or public sectors and their potential disabled or differently abled visitors.
Aims – create a business based on doing something meaningful
Motivation – this is a facility that is not being provided by any one organisation as they all have their own special interests at heart. We feel this is needed and we can make it available. We can do it without being affiliated to any one organisation and yet, we can be supported by many.
